To protect your child, you are required to make quarterly attendance
reports.
Annual Learning Summary
A nonpublic school must
provide a “basic academic education” and be an active participant in the
education process of the children enrolled. To meet this requirement, parents
must file a curriculum plan with the school to determine if the curriculum meets
Colorado guidelines; i.e. subjects to be taught, at what ages, etc. Since
many of our students use the "unschooling" approach, we request you submit a
year-end learning summary.
The Learning Summary is due no-later-than 5 Aug each year.
You can send your report early if you end your academic year before 31 Jul.
The Learning Summary may be completed online to submitted by mail, email or fax.
You can download and use the
Learning Summary form and
summary example.
